Farmhouse Morning · A pitcher of sunflowers on a sunny windowsill
Sunflowers in the morning window
A jug of sunflowers on the sill turns even a grey morning golden. This design has the loose, textured feel of an oil painting. It brings warmth to a kitchen all year, not only in late summer.
The design
Tall sunflowers with golden petals and dark centres fill a cream pitcher on a windowsill, with soft blue sky and window panes behind. Thick, painterly strokes give the flowers texture. Gold, leaf green and soft blue dominate.
