The same rate applies to every destination we ship to. The threshold is based on the order subtotal after any discounts and before taxes.
Processing
We prepare and pack orders within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, customs checks and severe weather can occasionally add time.
Duties and taxes
For orders delivered outside the US, any import duties, taxes or customs fees are charged by the destination country and are paid by the recipient. We are not able to predict these charges in advance.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can update it only before the parcel is dispatched. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be re-sent once the new shipping cost is paid.
Lost or damaged parcels
Ceramic is sturdy but not unbreakable. If your tile arrives chipped or cracked, email info@burnetfold.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the tile and the packaging, and we will send a replacement or refund. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, let us know and we will open a trace with the carrier.
