Accepted payment methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, along with the express wallets shown at checkout, such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. All prices are in US dollars.

How your payment is protected

• Checkout pages are served over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
• Card details are processed by Shopify Payments and its partner processors, which are certified to PCI DSS Level 1.
• Burnetfold never sees or stores your full card number.
• Your bank may ask you to confirm a purchase with 3D Secure or a similar check.

When you are charged

Your payment is taken when you place the order. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will refund it in full to the original payment method.

Suspicious messages

We will never ask for your password or full card number by email. If you receive a message claiming to be from us that looks wrong, forward it to info@burnetfold.com before clicking anything.

Billing questions

For a duplicate charge, a declined card or a refund that has not arrived, email info@burnetfold.com with your order number; our customer service email is available 24/7.
