This website is operated by DALISEN LIMITED ("Burnetfold", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Eligibility

Buying from us requires that you have reached 18, or the age of majority in your home jurisdiction if that is higher. Please give true and up-to-date details at checkout.

Our products

We sell ceramic tile trivets printed with original designs. Product photographs are representative; colours can look different from screen to screen, and small variations between tiles are normal for ceramic. The tile is intended as a trivet and as decor. It is not intended for food preparation, cutting, or use inside an oven, microwave or on a direct flame.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice, although a change will never affect an order we have already confirmed. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners; see Payment & Security.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is unavailable, a pricing error is found or we suspect fraud, and in that case we refund any payment in full.

Shipping, risk and title

Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided. Title passes once we receive full payment.

Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery as set out in our Refund Policy. Please email us before sending any return; returns go to our registered company address.

Safe use

Always place the tile on a flat, stable, dry surface before setting a hot item on it. Do not drop the tile or strike it against hard surfaces, as ceramic can chip or crack. Handle hot cookware with oven gloves; the tile itself can become warm after long contact with a hot pot.

Intellectual property

All artwork, photos, text, logos and the look of this website belong to DALISEN LIMITED or its licensors. Buying a tile gives you ownership of that physical object, not any right to reproduce the design. Burnetfold is a trademark owned and operated by DALISEN LIMITED.

Reviews and submissions

If you send us reviews, photos or ideas, you allow us to use them to promote Burnetfold, without payment, and you confirm you have the right to share them. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content at scale or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available or free from errors, although we work to keep it running smoothly.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for losses caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, natural disasters or public emergencies.

Changes to these terms

These terms are revised now and then, and the date above always shows the latest edit. Whatever version was live on the day you ordered governs that purchase.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. We would always rather settle a problem directly, so please email us first. Your mandatory consumer protections where you live are not affected.
