Your 30-day window

You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the item price. The tile should be unused, clean and in its original packaging.

How to return a tile

1. Email us first at info@burnetfold.com with your order number and the design you are returning. Please do not post anything before we reply.
2. We will confirm the return and send you the return address, which is our registered company address:

3. Pack the tile securely, ideally in the box it arrived in, and send it with a tracked service. Keep your receipt until the refund arrives.

Refunds

Once the tile reaches us and we have checked it, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges and the cost of sending the return are not refundable, except where the item was faulty or we made a mistake.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your tile arrives chipped, cracked or with a printing flaw, or if we sent the wrong design, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, and you will not need to return the damaged tile.

Exchanges

We do not swap items directly. Simply return the tile you have for a refund and place a new order for the design you prefer.

Items we cannot accept

• Tiles that have been used as trivets, show heat marks, or have cork that is stained or damaged
• Returns sent without contacting us first, or after the 30-day window
• Gift cards
